Cohesity, a leader in data security and management, today announced that global research firm Forrester has named Cohesity a “Leader” in The Forrester Wave™: Data Resilience Solution Suites, Q4 20221.
In this report, Forrester evaluated nine vendors across 40 criteria across three categories – current offering, strategy, and market presence. With its extensible Cohesity Data Cloud platform, Cohesity received the highest score in the strategy category and received the highest possible scores in the performance, delivery model, and business model criteria.
Cohesity was also identified in the report as the company with the largest market presence among the market leaders. Forrester evaluates market presence scores based on “each vendor’s revenue relative to data resiliency, the number of enterprise customers, and the average business size of the organization.”
The report states that “Cohesity bridges the gap between backup and data management” and that “Cohesity excels at the way customer requirements are integrated with planned expansions.” In addition, the report notes that “the company has experienced strong growth and remarkable customer retention.”
