Ivalua, a global leader in spend management, today announced that comparably has named it one of the top 100 companies with the best prospects, global culture, and strong engineering, marketing, and sales departments. The award method considers anonymous votes from employees across all Ivalua departments and international offices.
The list of honourees is part of the Comparably Best Places to Work series and includes the top-ranked companies overall of 2023 by the employee. Employees answer questions on various workplace topics such as leadership, team, compensation, perks and benefits, work-life balance, career development, environment, prospects, etc. The final dataset was compiled from over 15 million reviews from 70,000 companies worldwide. In December 2022, Ivalua was recognized as the Best Company for Culture, Women, and Diversity.
