Palo Alto Networks (NASDAQ: PANW), the global leader in cybersecurity, today proudly announced that it has been named one of Newsweek’s 100 Favourite Workplaces® for 2022, earning a top 50 ranking. The company is a leader in flexibility, mutual trust and respect and is recognized for its positive attitude and employee satisfaction.

Newsweek’s findings, produced in partnership with the Best Practice Institute (BPI), were obtained after surveying more than 1.4 million employees at organizations ranging from 50 to over 10,000 employees. Palo Alto Networks’ election for the second consecutive year underscores the company’s focus on providing choice and personalization for its employees and fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.

“We are delighted to have been recognized as Newsweek’s Most Loved Workplace for the second year running. This is truly a testament to the values-based culture at Palo Alto Networks,” said Nikesh Arora, Palo Alto Networks Chairman and CEO. “This team effort reflects the work Palo Alto Networks is doing around the world to be the cybersecurity partner of choice – in support of employees, customers and communities.”

As many organizations have begun returning to the office full-time, Palo Alto Networks remains consistent with its FLEXWORK approach, which is at the core of its people, programs, benefits and structure, helping managers support employees regardless of their location. The company brings its employees together to build an inclusive and diverse workforce, where everyone feels a sense of belonging and is inspired to do their best work.

“As a result of ‘The Great Resignation,’ more companies are recognizing the importance of focusing on employee satisfaction to not only attract but retain top talent,” said Nancy Cooper, Newsweek editor-in-chief. “The companies on this year’s list have clearly demonstrated that commitment.”
