DXC Technology was named a leader by the Everest Group in Digital Claims for Property & Casualty Insurance

DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading global Fortune 500 technology services provider, has been named Digital Claims in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance – Solutions in Everest Group’s 2022 PEAK Matrix® assessment.

 

The global report identifies DXC as a leading service provider specializing in digital claims in the property and casualty insurance space, including through its DXC Assure Claims software, and surrounds solutions that offer additional claims capabilities such as data insights and legal matter management. Everest Group’s rating validates DXC’s strengths in providing support for all major product types, resulting in a balanced and diversified revenue mix globally.

 

“We are proud of this global recognition, which specifically recognizes our market leadership and technological advances for DXC Assure Claims and also reflects our leadership position in the London market for processing complex specialty claims, which is at the heart of the catastrophe market,” said Ray August, President, Insurance Software and BPS, DXC Technology.

 

The report also notes that DXC’s clients value DXC Assure Claims’ ease of use and navigation throughout the lifecycle of a claim, its robust reporting capabilities, and its litigation management capabilities. It also recognized DXC’s expansion of key partnerships that provide electronic payments, self-service capabilities, customer analytics, and document management.

DXC’s effectiveness has also been recognized through its expansion of the provision of claims and injury management services in Australia, where it is contracted by Insurance and Care NSW (icare) to manage claims for the Nominal Insurer program, and improve return to work became an experience for those recovering from industrial accidents.
