  • Find new tactics to communicate – Communication is very important in both the HR and PR departments. The message that you want to communicate must be easy to understand by the employees. It would also be an added benefit if you receive feedback from your team.
  • Flexibility – Giving your employees may only result in positive. Employees are happier when they are provided with the flexibility to work.
  • Invest in investor marketing – Influencer marketing is the new trend today. In every domain, there are influencers today and you need to create fun content with their input.
