Aramex Selects Sprinklr AI Chatbots for Global Customer Service Transformation

The leading supplier of complete logistics and transportation solutions with a base in Dubai, Aramex, today announced that it would be using Sprinklr Contemporary Care to increase the effectiveness and scope of its digital customer service. Sprinklr is the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern organizations.

 

 

Aramex will use Sprinklr’s artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots in four languages to automate replies to frequently asked questions and drive great customer experiences at a lower cost than live human interactions.

 

Since its founding in 1982, Aramex has developed into a worldwide leader in the logistics and transportation sector, renowned for its innovative and tailored services for companies and consumers.

 

Aramex is using AI to automate complex global customer support operations in order to boost its operational efficiency. The firm is consolidating its contact center on Sprinklr’s unified platform to serve clients on all main channels better, such as live chat, email, and WhatsApp.

 

More than 400 Aramex customer service representatives will use Sprinklr’s Conversational AI and Bots to handle customer inquiries across digital platforms and in several languages, all from a single Sprinklr dashboard. Aramex will enhance and alter the whole customer experience with rapid, effective, and efficient customer support at scale using Sprinklr.
