Sprinklr is the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern organizations.
Aramex will use Sprinklr’s artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots in four languages to automate replies to frequently asked questions and drive great customer experiences at a lower cost than live human interactions.

Aramex will enhance and alter the whole customer experience with rapid, effective, and efficient customer support at scale using Sprinklr.
