Freshworks Inc. (NASDAQ: FRSH), a software company empowering the people who power business, today announced Willian Pimentel has joined the company as Senior Regional Director of Americas Channels and Alliances. He joins Freshworks from Citrix where he spent nearly 10 years leading the partner sales for Canada and Latin America.
In this newly-created role, he will be responsible for driving growth in the region by building, expanding, and enabling strategic opportunities with solution partners, including Value-Added Resellers (VARs); System Integrators (SIs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs). With a promising outlook for the adoption of our customer and employee engagement solutions in the region, Willian will continue to expand as more companies in Canada and Latin America wake up to the powerfully simple software that Freshworks provides.

Willian brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the partner ecosystem having held several leadership positions over his career.
