This award, along with the company’s 2023 Gold Stevie win for Best Contact Center Solution, marks LivePerson’s 12th overall Stevie win.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s premier awards for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. This year’s competition considered more than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and from virtually every industry, from 49 nations and territories.
