monday.com ltd. (NASDAQ: MNDY) (“monday.com”), a work operating system (Work OS) that enables businesses of all sizes to build the tools and processes they need to manage every aspect of their work, announced the promotion by Yoni Osherov to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), becoming the first person to hold the title at the company. This significant step and creation of the “CRO organization” will ensure a customer has a seamless experience from the moment they start using monday.com and throughout their growth journey.
Osherov will oversee all customer-interacting parts of the business, which make up more than half of the global team, including consulting/sales, customer experience, marketing, customer success and partners. The need for this newly created role is a result of significant growth for monday.com as a whole to ensure teams work efficiently and across departments together.
“My last five years at monday.com have shown me the incredible impact the monday.com platform is having on workers around the world, and with this exciting next step, I look forward to accelerating our momentum even further.” said Osherov. “I firmly believe in the future of this company and look forward to seeing the exciting new ways our customers are using monday.com as the core of their business.”
Osherov joined monday.com in 2017 and brings over 15 years of experience as the company’s VP of Sales. He played an integral role in growing the company’s sales group, leading it from fewer than 10 employees to several hundred team members today. For the past two years he has also overseen the marketing team across the company as the company scaled from a startup to a global public company and completed a successful IPO. Before joining monday.com, Osherov held a variety of roles including product strategy and management, corporate leadership and development. Each of these roles brought him important knowledge and experience that helped him successfully lead the team in his new role.
“Yoni has had a tremendous impact on monday.com since joining and this is an exciting next step in his journey with us,” said Eran Zinman, co-CEO and co-founder of monday.com. “His leadership will bring great value to the CRO organization and all of our customers around the world, and I know Yoni will continue to excel in this new role and beyond.”
