Oro, Inc., a pioneer in the e-commerce space, has hired Daphna Andrews, a seasoned executive in the B2B e-commerce space, to the position of vice president of customer experience after the recent completion of a $13 million investment round. Andrews is a real B2B eCommerce visionary with over 20 years of experience creating, implementing, and managing business transformation initiatives for Fortune 100 organizations all over the globe.
Andrews joins Oro from the digital transformation agency Gorilla Group, where she planned and oversaw strategic eCommerce and digital transformation programmes for market-leading business B2B customers. Andrews was a Senior Product Manager at HP. He was a key team member that established and expanded HP’s worldwide B2B eCommerce initiative, which increased annual sales by more than $6 billion.
Andrews is well-known in corporate transformation, process optimization, and technology monetization because of her customer-first philosophy, global perspective, and attention to detail.
