This new interface with Wealthbox’s CRM provides advisors with AI-driven lead ratings and analytics to better prioritise prospects and enable interaction.
The data-driven growth engine for financial advisors known as Catchlight just launched an integration with the industry-leading customer relationship management (CRM) software platform known as Wealthbox. By matching leads in Wealthbox with the richer profile data from Catchlight, including the lead’s Catchlight Score, the link offers an easy information sync. This can help advisers save time and give potential clients insight-based engagement suggestions. Advisors that are enabled inside their current process can respond to inquiries like, “Who should I contact next? How should I adjust my pitch, and how?”
Automated, scalable, and repeatable discovery is made possible by Catchlight because of its use of institution-grade data and artificial intelligence. Previously, lead research took a lot of time and was done manually.
By synchronizing the expanded lead profiles of Catchlight with Wealthbox, financial advisers may obtain a more precise picture of the important financial characteristics of their prospects within the context of the CRM environment. This integration makes it possible to add a prospect’s estimated investable assets, income range, age range, and financial interests to their profile, in addition to their individual Catchlight Score. This score ranks the prospect’s likelihood of becoming a client based on a proprietary model that has been trained on a growing set of over 100,000 conversions. Advisors can prioritize, measure, and manage their prospecting efforts inside Wealthbox with even more efficiency and personalization when they are equipped with richer profiles to use in the platform.
According to Yelena Melamed, co-founder and head of product at Catchlight, “we can put the power of Catchlight right into the center of an advisor’s daily workflow thanks to Wealthbox’s contemporary, integration-friendly architecture. Advisors can rapidly prioritize and organize their business development efforts and view the key characteristics of each lead within the Wealthbox platform, regardless of whether their leads originate from referrals, digital marketing, or other sources.
Catchlight “gets” the importance of technology that adapts to the needs of financial advisers, and Wealthbox CEO John Rourke is looking forward to integrating the company’s valuable lead insights. By allowing information to flow in both directions, “this two-way interface will remove duplicate, manual data entry and open the door for even more advisers to embrace a technology that may speed their business development efforts.”
