ScienceLogic was recognized as a Strong Performer in the 2022 Forrester Wave results for AIOps, with the highest possible scores in the Product Vision, Execution Roadmap, Performance, and Automation and Remediation criteria, along with the second-highest scores for the dependency/topology mapping criterion. The results follow the company’s acquisition of machine learning analytics company Zebrium and a highly profitable, growth-oriented third quarter.

Ordinary IT environments waste time and resources and increase risk through complexity, manual routines, and human error. ScienceLogic’s goal is to disrupt the ordinary and bring unprecedented transparency, efficiency, and accuracy to IT Ops teams and organizations.

Forrester calls ScienceLogic a strong performer

In The Forrester Wave™: Artificial Intelligence For IT Operations, Q4 2022 analysis, the company received the highest possible scores in the areas of product vision, execution roadmap, performance, infrastructure monitoring, data quantification and validation, mapping – general and technological operations, and automation and sanitation criterion. Forrester cited ScienceLogic’s strategic focus as “a differentiated, service-centric vision that aligns with and reinforces its customer-centric strategic innovation strategy.” According to the Forrester report, “ScienceLogic is a good choice for organizations looking for a solution that’s simple and secure to implement, and easily integrates with a variety of complementary technologies.”

Abilities improved by acquiring Zebrium

In October, ScienceLogic announced the acquisition of machine learning analytics company Zebrium to automatically find the root cause of complex modern application problems. This is a significant step that adds application diagnostics to its platform for the first time, enabling customers to reduce IT costs and deliver excellent customer and employee experiences by reducing the time it takes to identify, diagnose and resolve impact issues to business service is drastically reduced.

“Organizations need to invest in digital transformation initiatives, but they are concerned about the immense cost of the IT teams that must drive these initiatives,” said Dave Link, CEO of ScienceLogic. “They have to rely on machines to analyze and act on their data, which our technology allows them to do faster and at a lower cost. Zebrium will be of great importance to our continued success.”
