Long payout times are one of the oldest and most debilitating problems in the dating industry. Partners worldwide wait an average of two months between each targeted action – e.g. an order or app installation – and the moment they can withdraw their rewards paid by advertisers.
Admitad, a provider of IT solutions for performance marketing, has found a novel solution to this problem. Using AI technology, affiliates can now withdraw most of their payout just a day after completing a targeted action. This will save tens of thousands of months and give them instant access to millions of dollars in revenue.
They can immediately recirculate the money they earn, develop their platforms and information resources, buy traffic and attract new leads, thereby increasing their profits even further. For advertisers, this means a multiple increase in order flow, as publishers can use their earnings immediately.
The company will invest $10 million in the further development and introduction of quick withdrawal mechanisms.
Traditionally, affiliate network publishers have to wait for two events before withdrawing their earned earnings:
The advertiser reviews and approves their targeted actions.
The advertiser will credit its partner network account for the payment of these approved promotions.
In 2021, Admitad introduced Instant Payout, a solution that completely skipped this second step and allowed partners to withdraw their rewards right after approval. The affiliate network itself assumed the costs and risks associated with waiting for advertisers to pay. However, the approval phase remained a source of significant payout delays.
AI-powered approval prediction
To finally solve this last step – and the problem of long CPA payout times – Admitad turned to AI. Over several months, the company built and trained a machine learning model that would form the basis of its new Instant Payout Pro payout solution.
Instant Payout Pro uses AI to analyze all targeted actions and predict the percentage of those that will eventually be approved by the advertiser. The rewards for these promotions are then released early, allowing earnings to be withdrawn a day later instead of months.
All orders are still checked and approved by the advertiser, but this solution allows partners to withdraw most of their funds without waiting.
The system accounts for several hundred features, including publisher approvals and advertiser payout histories, traffic amounts generated, total sales and earnings statistics, order-specific data, and promotion characteristics.
The algorithm is self-learning. After just six months of data analysis, it has already achieved 95% accuracy in predicting approval percentage – and this continues to improve.
Instant Payout Pro’s approach is likely to become the new standard in the partnership industry. Admitad plans to further develop the project and test its capabilities in other market areas such as risk assessment, anti-fraud solutions and publisher assessment to increase transparency for brands.
