Lexmark, a global leader in imaging and IoT solutions, has been recognized for the fourth consecutive year with the 2023 CIO 100 Award by Foundry’s CIO – the executive IT media brand that provides insights into enterprise technology leadership.
Lexmark was recognized for transforming its service operations to enable real-time data analytics for instant decision-making, visibility, and long-term success for customers and partners alike.
“We’re proud of our journey to modernize our digital infrastructure and create a more intuitive and intelligent experience for customers, partners, and employees,” said Vishal Gupta, senior vice president and chief information and technology officer at Lexmark. “Nearly 150 business processes have been redefined, multiple legacy systems have been retired and innovative technologies have been employed to bring our award-winning service operations and analytics to life. Most importantly, not only did we do all of this without customer disruption, but we increased the Promoter Score (NPS) by over 10 points.”
The CIO 100 Awards recognize 100 organizations and the teams within them that use IT in innovative ways to create business value, whether by creating competitive advantage, streamlining business processes, enabling growth, or improving relationships with customers.
“This year’s honoree class recognized many groundbreaking projects using AI, quantum computing, facial recognition, analytics, and more,” said Anne McCrory, Group Vice President at Foundry and chair of the 2023 CIO Awards program. “We look forward to highlighting their great achievements.”
