Cowbell®, the leading provider of cyber insurance for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), has introduced MooGPT – a collection of new features based on big language models and proprietary data. MooGPT uses reinforcement learning techniques to provide a real-time conversational experience for appointed agents and active policyholders throughout the policy lifecycle. MooGPT complements Cowbell’s AI-powered underwriting assistant, Moo®, which is designed to underwrite similar risks and make risk selection and pricing more precise.

MooGPT helps brokers and policyholders get on-demand risk assessment guidance, such as B. Cowbell Factors and Cowbell Insights, non-binding premium indications, and provides information on the claims process. MooGPT supports policyholders with security awareness, incident response planning, risk improvement recommendations, Cowbell Academy content and incentives from the Cowbell Rx marketplace.

MooGPT complements Cowbell’s existing AI-powered capabilities that are core to delivering adaptive cyber insurance, including:

Cowbell Factors™, a suite of proprietary risk scores that continually benchmark companies against a risk pool of 35 million companies;

cowbell scanners, automated bots that collect and normalize hundreds of signals from an organization’s internet-connected footprint;

Cowbell Insights, customized cybersecurity recommendations automatically generated for SMBs to improve cyber risk posture and strengthen cyber resilience;

Cowbell Connectors and modeling of 3,000+ risk signals collected from Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Workspace, Google Cloud, and other commonly used technology and cybersecurity solutions;

Moo, Cowbell’s AI-based underwriting assistant, automatically ensures similar risks based on a set of rules that dynamically evolve with cyber threats. Moo also arms insurers with granular, organized insights that streamline risk selection and pricing for more complex risks.

“Generative AI is a transformative technology with the promise of bringing greater efficiency to the cyber insurance ecosystem,” said Rajeev Gupta, co-founder, and CPO at Cowbell. “With MooGPT, our broker partners and policyholders will benefit from increased productivity and efficiency gains.
