Persistent Systems introduces a dedicated Microsoft Viva Practice integrated with Generative AI

Persistent Systems, a global digital engineering provider, has announced the launch of a dedicated employee experience practice powered by the powerful Microsoft Viva platform and generative AI. As part of its continued 360-degree partnership with Microsoft, Persistent is expanding its existing Azure Center of Excellence with Generative AI-powered Modern Workplace solutions that promise to create a unified employee experience while improving the workplace overall. The move follows the successful implementation of Viva within Persistent along with a generative AI-powered chatbot in Microsoft Teams, which has helped digitize employee onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, resulting in higher productivity and lower turnover rates has led.

 

As a leader in digital innovation, Persistent sees tremendous potential in generative AI and the Viva platform to create solutions that can create richer employee experiences through a personalized approach to employee communication, productivity, and development. As part of this new capability, Persistent has assembled a dedicated task force that will work with its global customers to identify business-critical use cases for their distributed and diverse workforces. Persistent aims to achieve 1,000+ advanced certifications and add 2,000+ experts in Azure, Viva, and related fields over the next 12 months.

 

As part of its global leadership in artificial intelligence, Persistent recently developed WingMate, an intelligent digital assistant tailored to the company’s unique context. The offering promises to enable new-age workflows and accelerate application and infrastructure modernization. This offer was developed on the basis of Azure OpenAI and integrated into Viva which offers its customers the highest level of security and data protection.
