Matthew brings 25 years of sales experience and special relationships in electronics and physical security system solutions, including the last eight years in security systems integration. Matthew began his career at Minuteman Security Technologies where he held the title of Business Development Manager for the Southwest region and led the Las Vegas office team. In his role, Matthews’ breadth of experience includes managing projects from concept to custom design, installation, development, and training, as well as providing support services.
After successfully navigating the Minuteman launch in the Las Vegas area, Matthew joined Lanmor Services of Nevada, an industry leader in access control and video management solutions, in the Las Vegas area as Sales Manager. During Matthew’s time at Lanmor, he worked extensively with casinos, city governments, community hospitals, and public safety agencies. Matthew’s broad range of experience during this time at Lanmor included technical sales and engineering management for the development and design phase of the project, assuring system integration and installation guidelines.
Mr. McGrath offers clients one-stop efficiency, with strong relationships with leading video management systems and camera manufacturers, access control, intrusion and alarm, and the latest and most innovative artificial intelligence software. Matthew holds numerous certifications representing his expertise in Milestone, Genetec, network configuration, shooter detection, and license plate recognition.
