Do you also think that Voice Search is meant only for B2C (Business to consumer)?

If yes, then you are really on the wrong track!

What if I say that Voice Search can be applied in your B2B also?

Do you know it can also give benefits to your B2B company?

People think that Voice Search is only beneficial to B2C.

While this is the reason that many of you are still behind by not implementing these kinds of modern technology in your business.

When technology is reaching its peak, then why shouldn’t you take its leverage?

Computer science, technology, programming, etc. are meant for development and ease your workload, help you raise your business, etc.

So, you should take advantage!

In this blog, I will clear up your mind about Voice Search in B2B.

Voice Search

Before directly jumping onto its advantages in B2B, let us first look at a glimpse about Voice Search.

  • Following the terms, ‘voice’ and ‘search’, clearly comprehend its meaning.
  • It’s a program or we can say a better technology by which you can use voice instead of hands to search for something and command your digitals.
  • It can be clearly understood that it saves your time.

Now, many of you think that it can only be used for B2C purposes.

For instance, your search for:- nearest Chinese restaurant, grocery store, dentist, etc. are your daily domestic requirements. These necessities come under B2C.

So, voice search is limited to B2C only. Right?

The straight answer is no!

Now let us move on to the main aspect of today’s blog.

Voice Search in B2B and how to take its leverage

Digital appliances like- laptops, computers, smart assistants and especially, smartphones are very common these days.

Humans are dependent on them even for small works. And demand for voice search is increasing day by day. Because physically challenged people, old aged ones, children, almost everyone is using voice search daily.

So now, it doesn’t need more clarification about its necessity.

B2B companies need to adopt this factor.

A prediction, a kind of possibility is being made that very soon, in the following years, voice search will be increased.

So, it would be better if you adopt this factor now! So that, in coming times, when voice search reaches its best level, you will not worry about the competition arising. Because you already adopted this factor. You are known for it.

~ Here, I will show you some strategies to take voice search’s leverage: –

  • Don’t ignore Bing in your SEO

“Google has traffic!”

The above line indicates that google is most popularly used by everyone. So, it has more extra in every aspect.

Following this, using other search engines also, is more beneficial.

Not every smart assistant grabs information from google.

Alexa uses Bing!

So, it’s time to add Bing!

  • Content

Now the thing is, that is how people will visit your site only!

Well, it just takes a few measurements! A well-designed and well-planned content are very important.

  1. If you are not covering the extra required content, then should try to at least cover the required aspects, expected by the visitors.
  2. Always be ready with your respective answers.

For instance: – if someone wants to know about marketing automation, you should be prepared, quick, crisp and correct answers are valuable. The answer should be very easy to find.

  1. The matter is really important here! By matter I mean, the way of conveying the information. It should look more like a conversation than just an article. The reason behind this is, that people get attracted to any content which is friendly and easy to understand.
  2. Alignment

You need to align the voice search with mobile. Because mostly voice search is used in mobile phones. Smart assistants are not owned by everyone. Whereas mobile phones can be seen in everyone’s hands or pockets!

If your sites cannot be utilized by phones, then voice search is totally baseless here. So, a mobile-friendly site is important. Then you just have to check accordingly what the audience needs, their searches and all to work more efficiently.

  1. As many of you might know that a target list plays a very important role in sales and marketing or any B2B

Followed by this, target list strategy, here, you need to target your voice search.

How?

Let me tell you. For instance: – people will not ask “please show an XYZ presentation”. Rather they would ask “show me the definition of ABC”

So, create multiple options. Like- one specific region for- questions and answers, guidebook, blogs, etc.

Therefore, these were some main structures of Voice Search in B2B.
