Ada, the leader in people-powered conversational AI, was recognized today in the 2022 Deloitte Technology Fast 50™ Awards program for its rapid revenue growth, entrepreneurial spirit, and bold innovation.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary, the program recognizes Canada’s 50 fastest-growing technology companies based on the highest percentage revenue growth over the past four years. Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 winners are public and private companies in the technology sector that are transforming the industry. The program runs alongside the broader Deloitte North American Technology Fast 500™, with winners automatically qualifying for this elite ranking.
Mike Murchison, Ada co-founder, and CEO credits the company’s powerful, lightweight conversational AI platform with saving 25.3 million hours of agent time by automating more than 4.7 billion interactions since Ada was founded.
“We are pleased to be included in Deloitte’s Fast 50 list for the second year in a row, alongside some of the most innovative companies in the world,” said Murchison. “In 2023, we look forward to continuing our remarkable growth by empowering even more customer experience leaders to harness the power of automation and deliver VIP experiences to everyone they interact with.”
“It is inspiring how this year’s exceptional cohort of Technology Fast 50 winners have delivered outstanding revenue growth even in the face of prevailing economic and market uncertainties,” commented Anders McKenzie, Partner and National Lead of the Technology Fast 50 programs at Deloitte Canada. “Driven by exemplary innovation, creativity, resilience, adaptability, and superior corporate governance, these companies are paving the way as catalysts in their respective sectors, delivering growth and value to Canada’s economy both domestically and internationally.”
