Secureworks® (NASDAQ: SCWX), a global leader in cybersecurity, today announced a significant next step in the evolution of its global partner program, furthering Secureworks’ mission to secure human progress. Effective December 1, 2022, all new Secureworks Taegis™ stores in North America will be sold in collaboration with partners. The shift to a partner-first strategy is expected to increase Secureworks’ market share and signal a significant milestone in Secureworks’ transformation from MSSP to a cybersecurity provider of MDR and XDR products via its cloud-native platform Taegis.
In Q2 FY23, over 75% of Taegis’ new business was transacted in collaboration with partners. The next phase of Partner First’s go-to-market strategy will focus on investing in strategic partners best positioned to execute Secureworks’ growth plan. Partner First is expected to be rolled out globally in early 2023.
