SymphonyAI, a leading provider of high-quality enterprise AI SaaS for strategic industries, today announced it is expanding its role as a Microsoft partner with its Sensa financial crime detection and prevention product.
The Sensa product from the SymphonyAI Sensa vertical is now available in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. It joins SymphonyAI NetReveal for transaction filtering and sanctions screening, along with three other SymphonyAI vertical solution areas – manufacturing, retail, and IT service management – that are already available in the Azure Marketplace.
Sensa uses advanced AI and machine learning to uncover criminal activity and suspicious behavior by analyzing, detecting, and interpreting financial data. Sensa creates a complete map of customer, third-party, and user behavior to generate crime and risk alerts and predictive insights. Sensa reduces investigation time and therefore a company’s operational costs by significantly reducing false alarms. The end user gets risk-based views of the customers that are easy to understand and explain.
“Together, Sensa and Microsoft Azure form a powerful combination that marks our continued growth in improving risk management for the world’s leading financial institutions,” said Simon Moss, CEO of SymphonyAI Sensa. “Following the completion of SymphonyAI’s acquisition of NetReveal and the launch of our SymphonyAI NetReveal-Sensa suite, the launch of Sensa opens another door for financial leaders to capitalize on our continued commitment to making significant improvements in financial crime detection and prevention.”
“SymphonyAI’s vertical solutions are designed to combine the broadest understanding of business challenges with AI applications tailored to key industries,” said Kumar Abhimanyu, SVP of Strategic Partnerships at SymphonyAI. “We’re excited to partner with Microsoft to provide organizations with AI solutions that help them run efficiently and modernize operations. Our financial services industry is at the forefront of transforming financial crime prevention and operational effectiveness for banks and fintech companies. Sensa on Microsoft Azure means financial organizations looking for these capabilities now have a superior solution.”
“Running artificial intelligence on a secure and resilient cloud platform helps financial institutions streamline operations and transform data silos into visibility to protect their customer data and transactions,” said Ulrich Homann, corporate vice president of Cloud + AI at Microsoft. “SymphonyAI provides high-level transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance solutions to banks around the world that want to optimize their spend without sacrificing trust.”
