These donations help support those in need and provide much-needed assistance to those struggling to get food on the table. This is the fourth year that Vantagepoint A.I. held its food drive at an urgent time when food shelters are facing increased demand for support and operational capacity is strained. While many large charities have worked to fill the gaps in Tampa Bay, many smaller food supplies are struggling to meet their area’s needs.
“Look at all these amazing foods, it’s because of our team effort,” said Vantagepoint A.I. President Lane Mendelsohn. “We all got together and said we wanted to donate to a local pantry, and there’s one that’s only five minutes from our office… so it can’t get more local!” Stocking up on nearly 1,500 food banks in both Pasco County and Tampa, Florida.
Mendelsohn continues, “Next week I’m going to be taking all of these groceries to the local pantries. Together we thrive, and that’s so true. We work together, make a difference, and help vulnerable merchants and people live their best lives.”
